What do we do when the winter has lasted for months - and will last for months more - and everybody longs for summer and sunshine and temperatures above zero? We create our own summer paradise!
Week 7 the pre - school children at Elvevoll Oppvekstsenter have enjoyed daily "swimming" and summer feeling. The shower area of the school has been transformed into a swimming pool. The outside rooms have been decorated with palm trees and southern animals. One day we had visitors from another kindergarten with children that longed for warm water to enjoy?
After the baths the children have been served cold yellow umbrella drinks.........lovely!
