Preparing for Christmas school dinner










The pupils from the 6th grade prepared a school dinner with the traditional dish "pinnekjøtt".
First you need to cut branches of birch to make the "matress" or bottom of the casserole.

Then you put the meat onto the wood and put water up to the meat. The meat is supposed to be damped and not boiled - for 3-4 hours.
The colour lilac is the advent colour.
